LEGAL GROUNDS FOR DATA PROCESSING

Personal data are processed in accordance with the applicable legislation: 

– in part (a) on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016. (the data subject has given his/her consent to the processing of his/her personal data for one or more specified purposes)

– in part (b) on the basis of Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.
